Multi-door mediation
composite dispute resolution process
Keywords:
Mediation, Principled Mediation, Multi-door Mediation, Compound Mediation ProcessAbstract
This article intends to show the validity of inserting other processes - whether adversarial or not, whether binding or not - as auxiliary to the mediation process, while at the same time maintaining the structure of mediation based on principles as a judicious form of conflict resolution with its advantages and benefits, to the extent it is helped by other facilitative solutions obtained via the theoreticaltechnical autonomy of such processes, even if the latter are based on principles diametrically opposed to those of mediation.
