Abstract

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has emerged as a viable and efficient means of resolving disputes outside of traditional litigation. As digital technologies continue to advance, they have also begun to revolutionize various aspects of ADR processes. This research paper examines the intersection of digital technologies and alternative dispute resolution, exploring their impact on the efficiency, accessibility, and effectiveness of dispute resolution mechanisms. The study investigates the incorporation of digital technologies such as online dispute resolution platforms, virtual hearings, data analytics, and blockchain in ADR processes. Additionally, it discusses the potential benefits and challenges associated with the integration of these technologies and provides insights into the future of ADR in the digital era.

Serving as Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. She is also serving as a Fellow at the Centre for Law and Humanities at O.P Jindal Global University. She is also the Advisory Board Member of the International Centre for Intellectual Property Laws (IC-IPL) and a Young Member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA).
