The study investigates the incorporation of digital technologies such as online dispute resolution platforms, virtual hearings, data analytics, and blockchain in ADR processes. Additionally, it discusses the potential benefits and challenges associated with the integration of these technologies and provides insights into the future of ADR in the digital era.
