Influência de diversos sujeitos de direito sobre a soberania territorial e os meios alternativos de resolução de disputas

A produção acadêmica contemporânea e os debates de política internacional reconhecem, de forma crescente, a transformação em curso da ordem mundial estabelecida. Essa mudança de paradigma é acompanhada por alterações significativas nos marcos jurídicos internacionais em múltiplas jurisdições. O presente estudo examina as dinâmicas em evolução da governança territorial e as influências multifacetadas exercidas por diversos atores nesse processo. Por meio de uma análise interdisciplinar, o trabalho desenvolve um arcabouço teórico abrangente que aborda as dimensões político-jurídicas da soberania territorial. A pesquisa apresenta tipologias originais: (1) uma classificação das influências externas sobre a governança territorial; e (2) uma categorização dos territórios baseada em sua vulnerabilidade a intervenções externas e na robustez da soberania estatal no cenário geopolítico contemporâneo.
