Abstract

The article proposes an evolutionary analysis of the Dispute Boards in Brazil, addressing both the theoretical and legal aspects of the mechanism as well as the best practices in the market, analyzing the paths followed so far and projecting possible evolutions of the scene.

Mestre em Direito Internacional Privado e do Comércio Internacional pela Universidade de Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) e em Global Business Law pelo Instituto de Estudos Políticos de Paris (IEP – Science Po). Analista Internacional pelo Centro de Ciências Jurídicas e Econômicas da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Diretor para a América Latina da Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF). Diretor de Dispute Board do Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem (CBMA). Membro do Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (CBAr).
